Introduction & Origin

The ancient records like Rig Veda talks at length about Ayurveda and its healing powers. The concept originated some millennium ago where the intense research on herbs available commonly discovered to be of great benefit for curing serious medical issues.

How it works

Ayurveda is a concept based and revolving around life sciences. It is based on guidelines that are necessary for regulating complete metabolism for promoting a healthy body that is followed by a healthy brain. It identifies and categories three kinds of dosha’s i.e., Vata- made up of ether & air, Pitta- made up of fire & water & Kapha- made up of water & earth. According to scholars, body is made up five major elements ether, air, fire, water and earth and in one way or other these primary elements regulates body and bodily movements.

When ether gets combined with air it forms vata, which is responsible for nerve circulation, impulses and elimination. Combination of fire and water results in Pitta that comes into force for generation of metabolism after the food intake and the nutrients that processed out of it shows pitta function. It is also responsible for cellular metabolism as it is responsible for providing nutritive supply and support to the organs as well. Kapha Dosha arises out of the combination of water and earth responsible for growth found in spinal column and cerebral-spinal fluid.

The very science of Ayurveda is about understand the various proportion of the major components which are found in different proportion in every individual. The basic process starts with identifying the disproportion of the dosha and then the medicinal herbs will be prescribed as medicines.

The most distinguishing part of Ayurvedic herbs that are used for curing diseases work two ways. It alongside curing the main cause of problem it builds immunity of the body so that further controlling action can be strengthen for  building a fortified immunity to fight against anti-bodies.

The very basic principle on which Ayurveda works upon is to clear off all the toxic substances from the body. A body free from toxic substance along with a purified blood has direct relativity with a strong physical, mental happy being of an individual.
