Mid January to Mid March (Winter)

Long Pepper Powder can be consumed along with Triphala mixture. Its quantity should be 1/6th of total quantity of Triphala. Getting mixed with Long Pepper it has direct application on Kapha Dosha.

Mid March to Mid May (Spring Season)

In this season, Triphala should be consumed by mixing it with honey that helps in improving eye sight. The amount of honey should ne 1/6th of the total quantity of Triphala.

Mid May to Mid July (Summer Season)

Gud is known as Jaggery that should be mixed as 1/6th of the Triphala powder. Combined with jaggery it helps in keeping digestive system strong and free from toxic agents.

Mid July to Mid September (Rainy Season)

Rock Salt or Sendha Namak is easily available at our website is suggested to be mixed with Triphala powder 1/6th of Triphala mixture.

Mid September to Mid November (Autumn Season)

The 1/6th Sugar powder in proportion to the Triphala powder is useful in Autumn season to fight against the various diseases arising due to change in season.

Mid November to January (Hemant Season)

Dry Ginger is also known as Sonth or Sukhi Adrak that is suggestible in this season to be combined with Triphala powder in 1/6th proportion to the Triphala mixture.
