International Yoga Day was proposed by Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi at UNGA on 7
th September 2014. Originally Yoga comes from mythology and has clued in the practices of Himalayan Shamans in Nepal and Tibet. Yoga has become popular as well as begun to appear in Vedic Scripture. As time passes, the International Yoga Day has gained a marvelous response from people from all across the world.
